February Entertainment – We have lots of new events and entertainment for 2012 including darts, poker and pool competitions. We are also introducing an Open Mic event plus other live music throughout the month.

History
The Volunteer Arms was named after the Cameron Highlanders who were raised in Cameron Square Fort William on the doorstep of the Volley. 2011 will be the Volley’s 140 year anniversary.
Undergoing major refurbishment in 1924 the pub reopened in 1925 which is the date you will see carved into the stonework at the entrance. The Volley has came along way since then but has never forgotten its heritage.
You will find historical photos of Fort William and the Volley around the bar and plenty of local characters to tell the tales to go with them.
